The Development Authority of Crawford County will receive bids until 12:00 p.m. on December 13, 2018 for demolition and re-build of a specific structure located at 626 Industrial Park Road, Roberta, Georgia. Demolition includes removal of the structure, miscellaneous debris associated with the structure. The slabs are to be pressure washed so proper assessment may be made. Re-build will consist of a similar building with possible upgrades. The winning bid Contractor shall be responsible to verify all utilities have been disconnected. Bids are to be addressed to the Development Authority of Crawford County, Bids shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information, including the name of the project and the bidder’s name, telephone number contained within the envelope. The Development Authority of Crawford County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids. All bids MUST include Liability and Workman Compensation insurance, naming the Development Authority of Crawford County as the Certificate Holder.
