Development Authority Releases New Website

The Crawford County Development Authority is pleased to announce the release of its newly redesigned website at www.crawforddevelopment.net.  This new website was designed to more effectively provide information to prospective businesses and industries as well as to promote Crawford County and the City of Roberta as a great place to live, work and play.  “The Development Authority Board works very hard to support our existing businesses and attract new ones,” said Brenda Carroll, Chair of the Development Authority Board of Directors, “and we are excited about using our new website as an asset to support those efforts.”

The Development Authority’s new website was developed in partnership with the Middle Georgia Regional Commission (MGRC), a regional planning organization that supports community and economic development through service to its member local governments and partner agencies.  “A quality web presence is increasingly important for communities looking to attract new businesses and industries,” said Nick Kouloungis, Director of Technology Services at the MGRC.  “our approach for designing the website was to ensure that it provided visitors with desired information, but also reflected the values of the Development Authority and the excellence with which it carries out its business.”
