2014 Jugfest

The 2014 Georgia Jugfest & Old Knoxville Days was held on the third Saturday in May in historic Knoxville, Georgia.  Events include an exhibit of historic pottery, an auction of collectible pottery, an antique and classic car show, children’s activities, a tractor show, demonstrations of mule working skills, and a community church service.  As part of the festival, historic buildings are open for tours, exhibits, and demonstrations. Nonprofit organizations provide down home meals and snacks and local talent provides the entertainment. The event charges no admission or parking fees.

Development Authority Board Members and staff are always there volunteering, participating and enjoying the event with friends and family.  This important community event is just one example of what makes Crawford County a great place to live, work and play.
